Proteasome complex and ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation

This 24-gene module includes PSMD4, PSMD1, and PSMD2, with strong enrichment for proteasome complex components, proteasome regulatory particles, and proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic processes. Knockdown of GATAD2A, SOX17, and FOXA2 activates this module. Knockdown of CTBP1, ZNF628, and CSNK2A1 represses this module.
