Cell-cell junction and morphogenetic regulation

This 27-gene module includes GJA1, FURIN, SPRY2, HAS2, and FZD4, with enrichment for cell-cell junction and anchoring junction components, as well as genes regulating anatomical structure morphogenesis. Knockdown of FOXA2, SNAI1, and DR1 activates this module. Knockdown of ARID1A, ZIC3, and SMARCC1 represses this module.
