This 94-gene module includes HLA-B, APOA1, ALDH2, IGFBP3, and CST3, with enrichment in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II, mesenchymal cell differentiation, and molecular function inhibitor activity. Knockdown of SOX11, ZC3H3, and DR1 activates this module. Knockdown of SMARCC1, ARID1A, and ZIC3 represses this module.
