This 18-gene module includes PLK4, DPYSL2, TIMELESS, NET1, and ERCC6L, with enrichment in cell cycle progression and DNA repair processes. Knockdown of SOX17, FOXH1, HNF1B, GRHL2, and SMAD5 activates this module. Knockdown of SNAI1, MYNN, and RCOR2 represses this module.
