MAP3K7-regulated signaling and protein degradation

This module contains 10 genes including MAP3K7, SPOP, GNAI1, MARCHF5, and USP33, with enrichment in protein ubiquitination, proteasomal degradation, and intracellular signaling pathways. Knockdown of SOX17 activates this module, while knockdown of NANOG and OCT4 repress it. These results suggest the module represents a regulatory axis where pluripotency factors normally suppress protein degradation pathways during stem cell maintenance.
