DNA repair and nuclear transport processes

This module contains 14 genes including TOP1, MIR17HG, CUL3, YES1, and TNPO1, with enrichment in DNA repair, nuclear transport, and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis. Knockdown of SOX17, EOMES, and GATA4 activates this module. Knockdown of FOXA2, GSC, and NANOG represses this module.
