Integrin signaling and cytoskeletal regulation

This module contains 15 genes including ITGAV, DAPK1, LATS2, EXT1, and TEAD1, with enrichment in integrin-mediated signaling, cell adhesion, and cytoskeletal organization. Knockdown of SOX17, EOMESODERMIN, and FOXA2 activates this module. Knockdown of NANOG, OCT4, and POU5F1 represses this module.
