RNA processing and nucleotide metabolism

This 12-gene module includes WRAP53, DRG2, DMAP1, COQ7, and SNUPN, with enrichment in RNA processing, ribosome biogenesis, and nucleotide metabolism. Knockdown of SOX17, EOMESODERMIN, and GATA4 activates this module. Knockdown of NANOG, OCT4, and SOX2 represses this module.
