One-carbon metabolism and protein modification

This module contains 11 genes including MTHFD1, TRA2B, RMI1, UBA2, and NAA50, with enrichment in one-carbon metabolism, protein neddylation, and RNA splicing. Knockdown of SOX17, EOMESODERMIN, and FOXA2 activates this module. Knockdown of GATA6, GATA4, and CDX2 represses this module.
