Nuclear RNA processing and splicing factors

This module contains 11 genes including CPSF6, TPR, BCLAF1, SON, and CCAR1, which encode factors involved in RNA processing, splicing, and nuclear organization. Knockdown of GATA4 activates this module, while knockdown of SOX17, FOXA2, and EOMES represses it.
