This module contains 12 genes including CLIC4, KPNA1, ZMYND11, TRIM71, and SCAF4, enriched for nucleocytoplasmic transport and chromatin remodeling functions. Knockdown of MIXL1, SMAD3, ARID1A, and SMARCC1 activates this module. Knockdown of DR1, SMAD5, SOX4, and SOX11 represses this module.
