This 24-gene module includes NF2, CTTN, ACTN4, GCLC, and CAMK2G, with enrichment in focal adhesion, cell-substrate junction, anchoring junction, and endosomal transport. Knockdown of RFX7, SOX11, KLF8, DR1, and DNAJC2 activates this module. Knockdown of ARID1A, SMARCC1, GATAD2A, CNBP, and TGIF1 represses this module.
