Cytochrome P450 and ubiquitin signaling functions

This module contains 17 genes including CYP2R1, RNF20, GOPC, and AGGF1, enriched for cytochrome P450 activity, ubiquitin conjugation, and protein trafficking. Knockdown of SOX17 activates this module, while knockdown of EOMES represses it. No additional TF perturbations with strong effects on this module were detected.
