Ribonucleoprotein and mitochondrial gene expression

This 35-gene module includes PRMT5, DPAGT1, RUVBL2, KAT8, and AAAS, with enrichment in ribonucleoprotein complex biogenesis and mitochondrial gene expression, particularly genes localized to the mitochondrial membrane and inner membrane. Knockdown of KLF6, E2F6, and ARID1A activates this module. Knockdown of CTBP1 and SOX11 represses this module.
