MAD2L2
mitotic arrest deficient 2 like 2 | FANCV, MAD2B, POLZ2, REV7

The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. The encoded protein, which is similar to MAD2L1, is capable of interacting with ADAM9, ADAM15, REV1, and REV3 proteins. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

MAD2L2 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating MAD2L2 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for MAD2L2. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = MAD2L2 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to MAD2L2

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of MAD2L2, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
