WDR25
WD repeat domain 25 | MGC4645, C14orf67

This gene encodes a protein containing 7 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30 to 40-amino acid domains containing several conserved residues, typically having a Tryptophan-Aspartic acid dipeptide (WD) at the C-terminal end. WD domains are involved in protein-protein interactions in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2017]

WDR25 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating WDR25 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for WDR25. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = WDR25 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to WDR25

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of WDR25, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
