DCDC1
doublecortin domain containing 1 | FLJ46154, DCDC5

This gene encodes a member of the doublecortin family. The protein encoded by this gene is a hydrophilic, intracellular protein. It contains a single doublecortin domain and is unable to bind microtubules and to regulate microtubule polymerization. This gene is mainly expressed in adult testis. It does not have a mouse homolog. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2010]

DCDC1 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating DCDC1 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for DCDC1. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = DCDC1 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to DCDC1

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of DCDC1, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
