ADGRA3
adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A3 | FLJ38547, PGR21, GPR125

This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This membrane protein may play a role in tumor angiogenesis through its interaction with the human homolog of the Drosophila disc large tumor suppressor gene. This gene is mapped to a candidate region of chromosome 4 which may be associated with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2012]

ADGRA3 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating ADGRA3 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for ADGRA3. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = ADGRA3 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to ADGRA3

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of ADGRA3, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
