RAP2C
RAP2C, member of RAS oncogene family | DKFZp313B211

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ras-related protein subfamily of the Ras GTPase superfamily. Members of this family are small GTPases that act as molecular switches to regulate cellular proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This protein has been reported to activate in vitro transcriptional activity of the serum response element. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. RAP2C — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating RAP2C 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for RAP2C. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = RAP2C upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to RAP2C

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of RAP2C, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
