KLHL20
kelch like family member 20 | KHLHX, KLEIP

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the kelch family of proteins, which is characterized by a 44-56 amino acid repeat motif. The kelch motif appears in many different polypeptide contexts and contains multiple potential protein-protein contact sites. Members of this family are present both throughout the cell and extracellularly, with diverse activities. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

KLHL20 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating KLHL20 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for KLHL20. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = KLHL20 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to KLHL20

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of KLHL20, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
