ISY1-RAB43
ISY1-RAB43 readthrough

This locus represents naturally occurring read-through transcription between the neighboring ISY1 (ISY1 splicing factor homolog) and RAB43 (RAB43, member RAS oncogene family) gene on chromosome 3. The read-through transcript encodes a protein that shares sequence identity with the upstream gene product, but its C-terminus is distinct due to a frameshift relative to the downstream gene. ISY1-RAB43 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating ISY1-RAB43 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for ISY1-RAB43. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = ISY1-RAB43 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to ISY1-RAB43

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of ISY1-RAB43, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
