DNAJC10
DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C10 | ERdj5, PDIA19

This gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum co-chaperone which is part of the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation complex involved in recognizing and degrading misfolded proteins. The encoded protein reduces incorrect disulfide bonds in misfolded glycoproteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. DNAJC10 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating DNAJC10 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for DNAJC10. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = DNAJC10 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to DNAJC10

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of DNAJC10, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
