BIVM-ERCC5
BIVM-ERCC5 readthrough

This locus represents naturally occurring read-through transcription between the neighboring BIVM (basic, immunoglobulin-like variable motif containing) and ERCC5 (excision repair cross-complementing rodent repair deficiency, complementation group 5) genes on chromosome 13. The read-through transcript encodes a fusion protein that shares sequence identity with the products of each individual gene. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2011]

BIVM-ERCC5 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating BIVM-ERCC5 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for BIVM-ERCC5. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = BIVM-ERCC5 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.
