ATP2C1
ATPase secretory pathway Ca2+ transporting 1 | ATP2C1A, KIAA1347, PMR1, SPCA1, BCPM

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium ions. Defects in this gene cause Hailey-Hailey disease, an autosomal dominant disorder. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. ATP2C1 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating ATP2C1 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for ATP2C1. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = ATP2C1 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to ATP2C1

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of ATP2C1, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
