TVP23C-CDRT4
TVP23C-CDRT4 readthrough | FAM18B2-CDRT4

This locus represents naturally occurring readthrough transcription between the neighboring TVP23C (trans-golgi network vesicle protein 23 homolog) and CDRT4 (CMT1A duplicated region transcript 4) genes on chromosome 17. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, one of which encodes a protein that shares sequence identity with the upstream gene product, but its C-terminus is distinct due to frameshifts relative to the downstream gene. TVP23C-CDRT4 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating TVP23C-CDRT4 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for TVP23C-CDRT4. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = TVP23C-CDRT4 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to TVP23C-CDRT4

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of TVP23C-CDRT4, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
