TNFSF12-TNFSF13
TNFSF12-TNFSF13 readthrough | TWE-PRIL

This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily. It encodes a hybrid protein composed of the cytoplasmic and transmembrane domains of family member 12 fused to the C-terminal domain of family member 13. The hybrid protein is membrane anchored and presents the receptor-binding domain of family member 13 at the cell surface. It stimulates cycling in T- and B-lymphoma cell lines. TNFSF12-TNFSF13 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating TNFSF12-TNFSF13 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for TNFSF12-TNFSF13. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = TNFSF12-TNFSF13 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to TNFSF12-TNFSF13

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of TNFSF12-TNFSF13, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
