STON1-GTF2A1L
STON1-GTF2A1L readthrough | SALF

STON1-GTF2A1L mRNAs are infrequent but naturally occurring read-through products of the neighboring STON1 and GTF2A1L genes. These transcripts encode fusion proteins composed of the vast majority of each of the individual elements, stonin 1 and general transcription factor IIA, 1-like. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. The significance of these read-through variants and the function of the resulting protein products have not yet been determined. STON1-GTF2A1L — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating STON1-GTF2A1L 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for STON1-GTF2A1L. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = STON1-GTF2A1L upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to STON1-GTF2A1L

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of STON1-GTF2A1L, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
