STK32B
serine/threonine kinase 32B | HSA250839, STK32, STKG6, YANK2

This gene encodes a serine-threonine protein kinase. Serine-threonine kinases transfer phosphate molecules to the oxygen atoms of serine and threonine. A genomic deletion affecting this gene has been associated with Ellis-van Creveld syndrome, an autosomal recessive skeletal dysplasia. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. STK32B — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating STK32B 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for STK32B. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = STK32B upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to STK32B

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of STK32B, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
