SMIM10L2A
small integral membrane protein 10 like 2A | LED, LINC0086, MGC39606, LINC00086, NCRNA00086

This gene encodes a highly conserved small protein that contains a conserved motif (DUF4560) and may function as an integral membrane protein. This transcript was also shown to associate with enhancer chromatin and therefore may also function as an RNA to regulate enhancers. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2017]

SMIM10L2A — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating SMIM10L2A 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for SMIM10L2A. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = SMIM10L2A upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to SMIM10L2A

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of SMIM10L2A, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
