RNF32
ring finger protein 32 | FKSG33, HSD15, LMBR2

The protein encoded by this gene contains two RING ring finger motifs. RING finger motifs are present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and are known to be involved in protein-DNA or protein-protein interactions. This gene was found to be expressed during spermatogenesis, most likely in spermatocytes and/or in spermatids. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. RNF32 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating RNF32 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for RNF32. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = RNF32 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to RNF32

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of RNF32, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
