GLIPR1L2
GLIPR1 like 2 | MGC39497

This gene encodes a member of the cysteine-rich secretory protein, antigen 5, and pathogenesis-related 1 superfamily. Members of this family have roles in a variety of processes, including cancer and immune defense. This gene is located in a cluster with two related genes on chromosome 12. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2012]

GLIPR1L2 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating GLIPR1L2 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for GLIPR1L2. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = GLIPR1L2 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to GLIPR1L2

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of GLIPR1L2, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
