ARL2-SNX15
ARL2-SNX15 readthrough (NMD candidate)

This locus represents naturally occurring read-through transcription between the neighboring ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2 (ARL2) and sorting nexin 15 (SNX15) genes on chromosome 11. The read-through transcript is a candidate for nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD), and is therefore unlikely to produce a protein product. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2010]

ARL2-SNX15 — as a Regulated Gene

TFs regulating ARL2-SNX15 0 TFs

Transcription factors with Perturb-seq knockdown data for ARL2-SNX15. The Binding column indicates whether any binding evidence exists for this TF–gene pair (ChIP-seq or motif footprint peaks). The Mean coef is the average Perturb-seq regression coefficient across active gRNAs (positive = ARL2-SNX15 upregulated upon KD; negative = downregulated). The Outlier column indicates whether this gene is in the top or bottom 5% of all TF knockdown effects.

Elements linked to ARL2-SNX15

Open chromatin peaks (ATAC-seq) in the genomic neighbourhood of ARL2-SNX15, linked by TSS proximity or chromatin conformation (Multiome / HiCAR). Each element overlaps at least one TF ChIP-seq binding site — the TFs column shows how many distinct TFs bind that element.
