The presence of mitochondrial inner membrane and proton transporter terms suggests a secondary cellular respiration component. Knockdown of KLF6 and GRHL2 upregulates this module, suggesting these factors normally suppress ribosomal and translational genes during endoderm differentiation. Conversely, knockdown of CTBP1, SOX11, SOX4, TBX3, and ZNF628 downregulates the module, indicating these factors support ribosomal biogenesis and translation capacity, possibly to maintain protein synthesis rates needed for early differentiation.",
